Terms & Conditions: Beauty Memberships may be purchased at any time and require a 12-month commitment beginning on the date of purchase. Herway Health (formerly Enliven Aesthetics), under Integrative Health Innovations, Inc., will automatically charge the payment method on file upon annual renewal unless the membership is canceled at least 30 days prior to the renewal date. Membership rates are subject to change; members will be notified in advance of any change to their annual rate. Herway Health is not responsible for overdraft fees or other charges associated with membership payments.
Beauty Bank funds are valid for 12 months from the member’s most recent payment date. Any unused Beauty Bank funds expire 12 months from the last payment date and are non-refundable. Membership discounts apply only to eligible services and products as indicated and exclude gift card purchases. No minimum purchase is required to join the Beauty Membership. Memberships and membership benefits are non-transferable. Membership discounts cannot be applied retroactively, have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or monthly offers; when multiple discounts are available, the member may select one applicable offer.
