In case you missed it, June is National Feel Beautiful in Your Skin Month. That’s right, besides being Pride Month, June is all about feeling absolutely beautiful with your skin both physically and emotionally.
As a brand that walks with people through achieving their aesthetic and wellness goals — by providing fillers and neuromodulators to smoothen fine lines, regenerative aesthetics to relieve cosmetic concerns, and skincare products to help with acne and blemishes — we also want ALL our clients to feel beautiful, no matter what mood or age they are.
It’s in this way that we feel like National Beautiful in Your Skin month is perfect for us.
But, how does one feel both beautiful on the inside and outside?
“Beauty is about being comfortable in your own skin. It’s about knowing and accepting who you are,” Ellen Degeneres once famously said. But sometimes that’s easier said than done. It’s easy to fall down the rabbit hole of doubts and insecurities, wondering ‘if I just looked better…if I was skinnier…had fewer wrinkles…a better smile, then I’d finally be comfortable in my own skin.’
While we do believe that everyone can benefit from our aesthetic services, we also agree that no amount of cosmetic services will help you if you don’t learn the most important step to achieving true beauty: learning your own self-worth.

1. Don’t Be a People Pleaser
Admittedly, everyone does this from time to time. It’s only natural to want others to like us and to seek their validation or opinions; however, in order to find self-worth, you have to learn to prioritize and accept YOUR opinions and desires first. 2. Fake it Till You Make it
No one has all the answers, no matter how much they try to convince you. We’re not saying you should pretend to be someone you’re not, because that’s a recipe for disaster. Instead, we want you to have the confidence to try something new and believe in yourself despite the odds–even if you’re not sure of yourself.
Plus, confidence is very attractive.
3. Accept the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly
We’re not just talking about all the things you wish you could change about yourself, but more importantly the full picture. Learn to accept your strengths, weaknesses, and the things that make you different.
List them out and try not to judge. Practicing self-acceptance will not be easy, but even baby steps can be monumental. The more you learn to accept yourself for who you are, the more comfortable you will become.
4. Love Yourself
Stop being so hard on yourself. No one is perfect and that’s okay. Don’t punish yourself for your mistakes and flaws, and instead be kind to yourself.
You’ll be surprised by how amazing you are.
5. Treat yourself
Allow yourself to enjoy the things that make you happy–and not just on the weekend or on vacation! It’s okay to give yourself time to do your favorite things or try something new that you’ve been wanting to do forever.
